About
Each child is unique and special in God’s eyes and in ours. Therefore, our approach is one of Christian love as we guide children to develop their full potential spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically.

Although our school is associated with Lutherans, all children are welcome. GSLCP welcomes students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin. We provide a Christian environment where children and adults work cooperatively and individually to promote growth.

All activities encourage development of self-esteem and cooperation. Independence and creativity will always be encouraged. Activities include a broad range of experiences including language art, cognitive thinking, deductive reasoning, music, sensory fields, dramatic play, and physical development.
Curriculum
Our hope at GSLCP, is that each child has a successful experience and learns to truly enjoy school. Activities include Bible stories, singing, and stories. We also teach fundamental life skills.
We celebrate holidays at GSLCP with fun and interesting activities tied to the time of year and the occasion. Field trips offer special educational opportunities.
Each day is filled with events that encourage early learning skills including colors and shapes, counting, letters of the alphabet (including writing letters), comprehension, deductive reasoning and spatial orientation.
Crafts and arts help small hands develop fine motor skills, coordination, and organization while reinforcing and understanding of language skills.
Requirements
Cooperative schooling requires involvement of family members. All families* are expected to share their time, in the classroom, five or six times each year.

Children must be of age before the first day of August for the school year.

Children attending Tuesday/Thursday classes must be 3 years old.

Children attending Monday/Wednesday/Friday must be 4 years old.
*parent or designated grandparent, aunt, uncle, etc.
Register
Following are the registration forms for the preschool. Please print and fill out all three documents to complete your registration. You will need two copies of the background check form. Registration cost this year is $100 ($85 if paid before 4/6).
Tuition for the Tuesday, Thursday (Mixed age) class is $95/Month
Monday, Wednesday, Friday Pre-K (4 year-olds only) class is $105 or $185 for 5 days (4 year-olds only).
